The pain related disease is various, such as cardiovascular disease, gynecological disease, nerve systems disease, senile disease, et al. The aim of the lecture provided by Professor Liu is to provide students knowledge of TCM diagnosis and treatment on special skills from his TCM family on the pain related disease. Professor Liu is invited by the University of East-West Medicine to teach his techniques and clinical experience. All techniques are within the scope of practice of acupuncture in California.

Professor Bingzhao Liu earned his Bachelor Degree from Henan University of TCM. He also got advanced training in program of Masters at China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. His specialty: pulse reading method, traditional Chinese medicine prescription treatment of various types of pain, gynecological disease, middle-aged miscellaneous diseases and general health issues.

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 13283 for 8 contact hours. This course has been approved by the California Acupuncture Board, Provider Number 259, for 8 hours of continuing education.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you notify UEWM CEU office at least one week before a scheduled conference or seminar that you are unable to attend, you will receive a full refund. Notification received less than one week before a scheduled conference or seminar a $25 administration fee will be charged. Notification and request for a refund must be submitted in written format. If you are a no-show, no fees will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within six weeks after they are requested.
Note
UEWM reserves the right to cancel any event in its reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by UEWM, registration fees will be refunded in full. UEWM shall have no further liability. There will be a $20 handling fee for returned checks. No refund of fees will be made for people who must leave the Seminars early.
Notice
If you attend the UEWM continuing education programs, make sure you attend the entire seminar. Arrive on time. Do not leave early or come and go from the lecture. If we have not gotten your three signatures during one day, which will be signed randomly, you will not qualify to get your certificate for 8 CEUs per day. If you can not show up for the whole day, 8-hour lectures, we can not provide you with an 8-unit certificate.
